3 Drizzle a bit of balsamic and olive oil onto a serving platter, then sprinkle with the Italian seasoning.
4 Layer the tomatoes, peaches, and avocado slices in a beautiful arrangement, alternating colors and ingredients.
5 Add dollops of ricotta and basil leaves, then drizzle with extra oil and vinegar, finishing with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and cracked pepper.
